Unless expressly stated otherwise, products in the online catalog are listed as Pricing Upon Request.

Furniture pricing may vary based on product configuration, finish, material, quantity, manufacturer pricing, freight, delivery location, installation requirements, applicable discounts, taxes, project scope, and other factors.

4. Product Configurations

5. Orders

An order is not created solely by submitting a request through this website.

Orders are reviewed and processed separately through LOTH's standard ordering and business systems.

Final orders may be subject to additional quotations, proposals, acknowledgments, purchase orders, payment terms, project agreements, manufacturer terms, or other documentation provided during the sales process.

If there is a conflict between information displayed in the online catalog and the terms contained in a final LOTH quotation, proposal, order acknowledgment, agreement, or other transaction document, the applicable final transaction documents will control.

6. Payment

Payments are not processed through the LOTH online catalog or Shopify.
